Does an enquiry mean I have to pay?

No. Start by asking about your trip. If a paid consultancy service is suggested, ask for the scope and fee in writing before agreeing to begin.

Can FARDAN guarantee a visa or appointment?

No. Visa decisions and appointment availability are controlled by the relevant government authority or visa application centre. FARDAN cannot guarantee an outcome.

Can you check what documents I need?

FARDAN can discuss the information relevant to your enquiry. Always confirm current requirements through the official authority for your destination and situation.

What should I include in my first message?

Your passport nationality, country of residence, destination, travel purpose and approximate travel date are a helpful start. Please do not send passport numbers or financial documents in an ordinary message.
